Williams is one of 13 Blue Devils to have his jersey retired to the rafters of historic Cameron Indoor Stadium. Williams was named the National Freshman of the Year in 2000 before earning National Player of the Year honors following his sophomore and junior seasons. Williams led Duke to its third National Championship title in 2001 and was later drafted second overall by the Chicago Bulls in the 2002 NBA Draft. A two-time All-America and three-time All-ACC pick, Williams ranks eighth on Duke’s all-time scoring list with 2,079 career points. On the Duke career charts, Williams ranks third in three-point field goals made (313), fourth in assists (644), second in assists per game (6.0), sixth in steals (235) and seventh in points per game (19.3). Williams was named the ACC Tournament MVP in 2000 and was named to the ACC All-Tournament Team three straight years. Williams averaged 20.3 points per game in NCAA Tournament play, third-highest in Duke postseason history.
Duhon, who led Duke to its third National Championship in 2001, ranks first on the school’s all-time steals list with 301, second on the all-time career assists list with 819, second in minutes played with 4,813, tied for fifth in games played with 144 and 43rd in scoring with 1,268 career points. The 2001 ACC Rookie of the Year, Duhon was an All-America selection in 2004 and a two-time All-ACC pick.
