Bid now on this autographed photo of former Duke great Gene Banks. Banks, the 1978 ACC Rookie of the Year, helped guide Duke to the 1978 National Championship game and was a four-time All-ACC selection during his playing days. A two-time All-America selection, Banks ranks eighth on the all-time scoring list at Duke with 2,079 career points, eighth in career rebounds (985), fifth in field goals made (827), ninth in double-figure scoring games (107) and ninth in career double-doubles (37). His 17.1 points per game as a freshman during the 1977-78 is the second-highest scoring average for a first-year Duke player in school history. He is one of only three Blue Devils to record a triple-double, posting 13 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists against Lehigh on Jan. 1, 1978.
