How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You may cancel an order by logging into your account with the login found at the top right of the site.  Then click on the INVOICES tab to find the order you wish to cancel.

An item is missing from my shipment.
Login to your account at the top right side of our site to track your order’s status.  Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.  If your package shows a status of “delivered”, please contact our customer service for assistance.  CLICK HERE FOR CUSTOMER CARE.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.  Back ordered items will be separated into multiple invoice numbers.  Login to your account to check the status of any backordered items.

How do I create an account?
Click the "Register” link at the top right hand side of our site.  Simply follow the steps to create a new account.
How do I edit my account information? Login at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.  A link will appear to "View / Edit Account Info."

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  
I forgot my password.
If your login fails, a message will appear for "Forgot Password?"  To request your password, please contact CUSTOMER CARE.

For Defective or Shortages
Call our customer service depatment at 866-938-3440. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. All sale item purchases are final sales and returns will not be accepted.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item.  Also, after placing your order, you may click the My Account link at the left hand side of our site to track the status of your order.  You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking status information within 24-72 hours of shipment.

Shipping policies and guidelines.
Most packages will be delivered UPS Ground will ship within 24-72 hours of placing them and will be delivered within 3 to 7 days.  Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Because we only use United Parcel Service, we do not ship to Post Office (P.O) boxes or APO (military) addresses.  We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska, however additional freight charges will apply.  Ships to Alaska and Hawaii may only be sent via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight.  We currently do not ship internationally.


The website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

I have a question on my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt / invoice.
Login to your account at the top right hand side of our side to look up your order and print invoices.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at least 25 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the left hand side bar.  QUICK TIP:  Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link.  You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand".  Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow".  You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product.  If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your shopping basket, you will see "Coupon Code" in your shopping basket.  Enter in the code and click, "Apply Coupon".
