"Another good round for us today," said head coach Ryan Cabbage. "Conditions were similar to yesterday when the golf course did not play easily in the afternoon. Our guys hung in there and played well. Joe, Raoul and Thomas were very good, just like yesterday. Braeden was a nice contributor today with a hard-fought 73. We are excited to be in the position we are in and focused on tomorrow. We are looking forward to getting back out there and playing well once again."
Charlotte sophomore Raoul Menard (Ange-Gardier, Quebec City / Beaulieu) is tied overall for the tournament led, vying to repeat as Medalist and Player of the Year honors. Menard was one-under with a 71 today to sit at six-under overall (67-71 – 138) to sit in a tie with VCU’s Steffen Harm at the top of the leader board. Menard posted three birdies and a pair of bogeys for his one-under par round.
Freshman Thomas Rowland (Consett, England / St. Bedes Catholic School and Sixth Form College) also posted a one-under 71 to sit alone in fourth place at four-under (69-71 – 140). He posted four birdies, a bogey and a double bogey to finish two strokes out of the overall lead.
Junior Joe Toland (White River Junction, Vt. / Hartford HS) went two-under par 70 today to sit in a tie for ninth at one-under overall (73-70 – 143). Toland was up and down all day, logging five birdies and three bogeys for an outstanding round.

The third round starts at 7:30 with the first groups of the day going off on the first tee.
