Charlotte is currently ninth in league standings, while Saint Louis is sixth and Butler is eighth. The A-10 tournament will feature the top six teams in the conference.
The Billikens were on a five-game winning streak until they lost game two of a doubleheader to conference-leading Saint Joseph’s on Sunday. SLU fell 5-3 in nine innings. However they rebounded with a pair of road wins against Butler on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs are on a four-game losing streak after being swept by Temple and SLU this week.
