At Marshall: 2012: Played in 12 games as a red-shirt junior, making 11 catches for 107 yards. 2011: Pulled in 21 passes for 175 yards and scored the game-winning touchdown on a three-yard pass at Louisville ... also caught five passes in the Herd's Beef O'Brady's Bowl win over FIU. 2010: had a 32-yard TD reception against SMU as a red-shirt freshman.
At Huntington H.S.: An all-state selection who recorded 3200 all-purpose yards in his last two seasons ... was rated as West Virginia's number one prospect by several recruiting services.
Brad Lambert on Crawford transferring into program: "CJ plays in the H-Back spot and we think we can move him around. We can use him as a wideout, a tight end, a back. He's athletic and can stretch the field for us and he brings alot of versatility to our offense."
