The Charlotte 49ers ticket office announces the sale of season tickets for baseball, beginning today, Monday, December 3. This season the cost of a season ticket in the lower bowl (chair-backed seats) will be $75, while the cost of a season ticket in the upper sections (bleacher sections) will remain $49.

The ticket to the lower bowl includes tickets to the Atlantic 10 Baseball Championships, to be contested at Robert and Mariam Hayes Stadium May 22-25, 2013. Tickets for the championships will be $24.

The 49ers are scheduled to play 36 home contests this season, including home games versus Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, North Carolina State and 2012 College World Series participant Kent State. The conference home schedule includes old league foe VCU, as well as series against George Washington, Butler and Dayton.

The 2013 season begins on Friday, February 15 with a home series against Delaware State.
Seating priority will be based on rank in the Athletic Foundation, and seats will not be selected be assigned until early 2013.

Fans are advised that the lower bowl seats were sold out before the opening game last season and the lower bowl has sold out each of the past three seasons. The 2012 season produced the highest paid number of season tickets in program history. Fans broke the 49ers attendance record in two of the past three seasons.
