2015- Cross Country: Competed in six meets, setting a new personal record at the NCAA Southeast Regionals in the 6K (23:01.7)… was Charlotte’s third best finisher in four consecutive meets, including three Top 10 finishes at the UVa Duals, William & Mary Invite, and the Charlotte Invitational..
2015 - Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m at the 49er Classic running a time of 5:01.26.....Also ran the 1500m at the Charlotte Invitational in 4:55.57.
2014 Cross Country: Redshirted.
2014 - Outdoor: Competed in four meets...Posted personal bests in the 1500m and 5000m...Ran her fastest 5000m at the Charlotte Invitational with a performance of 18:01.63...Finished in 15th overall at the Bill Carson Invitational in the 1500m with a personal best time of 4:57.34. Indoor: Competed in five meets...Posted personal bests in the mile and 3000m...Posted fastest mile at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 5:20.55...Finished in third at the Bob Pollock Invitational in the 3000m...Fastest 3000m time came at the Virginia Tech Challenge finishing eighth overall with a performance of 10:29.27.
2013- Cross Country: Competed in three meets with one unattached...Finished seventh overall and first on the team at the Royals Challenge with a season best 5K (18:12.78)...Finished seventh on the team at the NCAA Pre-Nationals running the 6k course in a time of 23:17.43.
2013 - Outdoor: Ran a time of 2:27.24 in the 200m at the 49er Classic … Finished 25th in the 5000m (18:30.45) at the same meet. Indoor: Finished ninth in the 3000m run (10:30.03) at the Hokie Invitational … Ran a time of 18:16.82 in the 5000m and finished 22nd at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
2012 - Cross Country: Competed in four meets (two unattached) ... Her fastest 5K race was at the Atlantic 10 Championship, where she finished with a time of 19:02.3 ... Was seventh for Charlotte and 139th overall at the Chili Pepper Cross Country Festival 6K (23:40.4).
Prep: Three-time county champion ... 1600-meters cross country and regional champion (2011) ... Four-time All-County selection ... First-team All-County Indoor Track and Field (2011-2012) and Outdoor Track (2011).
