2015 - Outdoor: Competed in the 3000m steeplechase at the Conference USA Championships clocking a time of 10:23.20...Ran the 1500m at the 49er Classic clocking a time of 3:59.42...Indoor: Competed in the mile at the Conference USA Championships finishing 10th in a time of 4:17.39 and ranks ninth all-time in program history....Member of the second-place distance medley relay at the Conference USA Championships clocking a time of 10:12.45...
2014 Cross Country: Competed in six races for the 49ers....Competed in the Conference USA Championships finishing 48th clocking the 8K in a time of 26:04.6....Was the Niners fifth finisher at the Southeast Regional Championships....49ers top finisher at the first two meets of the season placing 51st at the Covered Bridge Open and 15th at the William & Mary Open.
2014 Outdoor: Ran his PR 800m time of 1:54.17 at the Charlotte Invitational...At the CUSA Outdoor Championships placing 13th with a season best time in the 1500m of 3:56.74. Indoor: Ran a new person best in the mile running 4:20.33 at the CUSA Indoor Championships to place 12th...Ran a season best 800m time of 1:56.77 at the Hokie Invitational.
2013 Cross Country: Competed in three meets...Best performance was at the Carolina Challenge finishing in 19th (16:34.27)...Best 8k performance (26:58.2) at the Charlotte Invitational.
2013 Outdoor: Ran his fastest 1500m time (4:02.80) at the Atlantic 10 Championships where he finished 20th … Was on the 4x800m relay team that was fourth (7:34.72) at the A-10 meet … Fastest mile was 4:31.61 at the HPU VertKlasse Meet … Finsihed 17th in the 800m (1:54.37) at the Wolfpack Last Chance Meet. Indoor: Ran a season-best time in the 1000m (2:32.18) at the Hokie Invitational and finished in 13th place … Clocked a time of 4:21.57 in the mile at the Tiger Paw Invitational … Was ninth in the 3000m (8:56.27) at the UAB Blazer Invitational.
2012 Cross Country: Competed in four races (one unattached) ... Was seventh at the Charlotte Duals 5K (16:16) ...Finished 49th at the Toledo Regional with a time of 20:46.9 ... Was fifth for the 49ers and 90th overall at the Atlantic 10 Championships (28:08.2).
Prep: Was first in the 4X800 relay, third in the 1600 meters and fourth in the 4X400 relay at districts ... Finished second in the 4X800 relay with a time of 7:43.00 and fifth in the 1600 meters (4:18.8) ... In 2011 in cross country finished seventh at districts and eighth at conference championships.
