Charlotte men's tennis finished with a weekend split in Charleston, falling 6-1 at College of Charleston on Sunday. The 49ers slip to 11-5 this season, while the Cougars improve to 5-2.

Charlotte's lone point came in the form of freshman Paul Cisti (Arcachon, France), who dropped his opening set to Kyle Parker by a 6-0 score, but rallied to win 6-4, 6-4 in the long match of the day. Cisti is just one short of the team lead with 13 singles victories this season.

The 49ers will play their final home matches of the season over the next 10 days, starting with a home tile next Saturday against Gardner-Webb, starting at 11 a.m.
