2013: All-Atlantic 10 Tournament ... A-10 Player of the Week, 4/15 ... Academic All-Conference ... Rated third toughest to strikeout in the NCAA at end of regular season (10 K's in 233 at bats) ... Was second on the squad and seventh in A-10 with a .343 batting average, leading the team and tying for second in the A-10 with 80 hits at the end of the regular season... Finished second on team and tied for fourth in league with 41 RBI ... Finished second on the team with 22 multiple-hit games, tied for first with three four-hit games ... Only player with a four-RBI game, driving in that many in a home game against Siena on March 17th ... Hit his first and second career homers in that game ... Third career homer gave Charlotte its first conference win of the season at Richmond on March 22nd ... Missed only one game of the year, the contest at Presbyterian ... 2012: A-10 Rookie of the Week, 3/5 & 4/30 ... One of three freshmen in the league to win A-10 Rookie of the Week honors twice during the season ... Had hits in his first three collegiate contests, and collected six hits in 13 at bats in a four-game home series against Wagner to earn his first A-10 Rookie of the Week honor, on March 5th ... Set a season high with two doubles and three RBI in the Sunday game of the Wagner series on March 4th ... Posted a pair of three-hit games, both in the same week, at No. 19 N.C. State on April 25th and at George Washington on April 28th to earn his second Rookie of the Week honor ... Had hits in the last three games of the season, the home series versus St. Bonaventure, scoring a season-high two runs in the season finale on May 19th ... Was charged with an error in each of his first four games, with just three errors over the rest of his season (27 games) ... Played at second base nine of his first 12 games (serving three times as the designated hitter), but after a hand injury kept him out of the lineup from March 11th to April 15th, he returned to the lineup on April 20th and finished out the season as the right fielder, recording two outfield assists in his first game back, just the third Charlotte player in the seven seasons in the A-10 to record more than one outfield assist in a game ...
