2014 Cross Country: Competed in four races for the Niners...Had a PR in the 8K with a time of 25:16.1 at the C-USA Championships finishing 23rd...Ran a PR time of 31:55.3 in the 10K at the Southeast Regional Championships.....Finished fourth overall at the Western Carolina Catamount Classic clocking a time of 26:10.48.

Indoor: Was 12th in the mile (4:22.28) at the Atlantic 10 Championships … Best 3000m performance was at the UAB Blazer Invitational where he finished eighth (8:52.70) … Finished 17th in the 1000m (2:33.64) at the Hokie Invitational.
