2015-Cross Country: Competed in five meets, recording new personal records in both the 8K (Conference USA Championships, 25:28.8) and the 10K (NCAA Southeast Regional, 32:04.5)… earned C-USA All-Conference Third Team after finishing 19th overall at the Championships in October… Finished in the Top 10 in his first two meets of the season, in the Top 20 in 3 of 5, and in the Top 25 in all but one…Broke his personal record in the 8K twice this season, first at the Wake Forest Invite, where he shattered his old time by more than 40 seconds and ran against several ranked squads, and then again at the C-USA Championships… Charlotte’s first team finisher at the C-USA Championships and second at the NCAA Regionals…

2015 Indoor: Posted a PR in the 800m (1:51.74) at the Samford Invite to finish seventh overall and that time ranks second-best all-time in program history....Member of the second-place distance medley relay at the Conference USA Championships clocking a time of 10:12.45...
2014 Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the 49ers registering a fastest 8K time of 26:05.8 at the C-USA XC Championships; marking a 30-second improvement from his previous 8K best set in 2013....Was the Niners fourth finisher at the Southeast Regional Championships clocking a time of 33:15.6 in the 10K.
2014 Outdoor: At the Charlotte Invitational ran a PR time of 1:51.95 to place 4th in the 800m to move closer to that outdoor school record...In the final of the 800m at the CUSA Outdoor Championships he placed 7th with a time fo 1:52.81. Indoor: At the CUSA Indoor Championships placed 5th in the 800m with a time of 1:54.57 in finals...Also helped anchor the 4x4 team to a 4th place finish with a time of 3:15.95...At the Virginia Tech Invite Ran a time of 2:27.69 to place 2nd.
2013 Cross Country: The only Niner to compete in all seven meets...Finished 13th overall at the Carolina Challenge (16:24.78)... Best performance in the 8k (26:35.30) at Paul Short Run...Finished 51st at the C-USA Championships running the 8k course in a time of 27:06.59.
2013 Outdoor: Finished second in the 1500m (4:01.22) at the JCSU Invitational … Was tenth in the 800m (1:52.53) at the Atlantic 10 Championships … Member of the 4x800m relay team that finished fourth (7:34.72) at the conference meet. Indoor: Ran the team’s fastest 1000m time (2:31.54) at the Atlantic 10 Championships and finished sixth … Finished 13th in the mile (4:28.26) at the UAB Blazer Invitational.
2012 - Cross Country: Competed in six meets ... Finished third for the Niners in two meets ....Fastest 5K time was at the season-opener, the WCU Invitational (16:19.3) ... Was 29th at the Toledo Regional (20:31.6) ... Best 8K performance was at the Charlotte Invitational (26:04.90) ... Finished 101st at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a mark of 28:41.5. Indoor: Member of the school record-breaking 4x800m relay, which ran a time of 7:41.10 at the Virginia Tech Hokie Invite ... Finished fifth in the 800m at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a personal best time of 1:55.56 ... Ran a 2:32.66 in the 1,000m at the Virginia Tech Invite ... Also competed on the DMR ... Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week (1/23).
