with culture mavens. A city that captivates both NASCAR heroes
and finance leaders. And a city where Northern newcomers exchange smiles on the street with Carolina natives. Visitors are sure to be just as captivated too.
2011 Second and Third Round Volunteers Needed
Community volunteers are a big part of developing a great fan
experience for the 2011 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship Second and Third Round in Charlotte.
In October of 2005, residents of Charlotte and its surrounding
areas welcomed a new beacon to Uptown Charlotte, Time
Warner Cable Arena. The arena’s design is a “celebration of
gathering.” Open walkways, terraces and exposed staircases
encourage conversation between arena guests in all areas of the
building, providing connectivity and creating community.Time Warner Cable Arena >>
