At Charlotte: 2013 - Played an integral role in helping the 49ers capture the Conference USA Tournament title and earn a national seed in the NCAA Tournament. Anchored a 49ers defense which finished 23rd in the nation with a 0.74 goals against average. Finished 22nd in the nation with a 0.75 goals against average. Named Conference USA Defensive Player of the Week four times (September 3, October 7, November 4 and November 11). Started all 21 of Charlotte's games. Anchored a 49ers defense which recorded 11 shutouts. Earned first-team NCCSIA All-State honors. Earned second-team NSCAA Scholar All-South region honors. 2012 - First-team All-Atlantic 10 selection. Named second-team NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region. earned first-team NCCSIA All-State honors. Named to TopDrawerSoccer.com's National Team of the Week (October 29) after recording road shutouts against Saint Louis and Butler. Recorded eight solo shutouts and one shared shutout and finished the season with 49 saves and a 0.79 goals against average. 2011- Recorded the second lowest goals against average in school history at 0.80. Started all 25 games in goal for the 49ers. Recorded nine shutouts. Help 49ers defense limit 21 foes to a goal or less. Part of a Niners defense that allowed an NCAA Tournament best four goals in six tourney games. Recorded shutouts against nationally-ranked Akron and Creighton in the NCAA Tournament. 2010 - Saw action in eight games with starts against UNC Greensboro, Elon, UAB, Memphis, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Xavier. Recorded shutouts against Elon, Massachusetts and Xavier. Recorded at least two saves in five games. Finished the season with a 0.71 goals against average after only allowing five goals in 630 minutes of action. 2009 - Redshirted.
At Jacksonville High: Helped the North Carolina State ODP team capture the 2008 USYS ODP National Championship...Three-year member of the North Carolina ODP team and participated in the Region III ODP camp for three years...Helped Jacksonville win the State 3A Championship in 2005 as well as reaching the 2006 and 2008 3A State Championship game...Earned 3A All-State honors as a senior...A two-time All-Region IV selection...As a senior, he was named a NSCAA/adidas High School Scholar All-American...Played club soccer for the OCSA Coastal Crew.
