Indoor 2007: 800m at UNC Carolina LC 1:56.66, Mile at A-10 4:13.44, 3000m at Notre Dame LC 8:19.60, DMR at Clemson Invite 10:15.64, and 4x800m at A-10 with school-record time of 7:50.63. Cross Country 2006: Won the 5k at the Winthrop Invitational with a time 25:44...Placed second in the 6k at George Mason (25:07.01)...Finished fourth in the A-10 Championship (25:09.2)...Finished 51st out of 222 with a time of 32:15.16 at NCAA Regional.
