Finished 1-1 at the number-one singles spot and put together a 14-6 mark playing at number two... Won seven matches in a row, starting with final fall tournament match and crossing to the first six spring matches... Won lone conference singles match during regular season, a 6-4, 6-1 victory over Richmond's Joanna Matuszczyk at number two on 3/19... Teamed with Alex Zinn for an 18-12 tandem mark, which included a 15-9 record playing at the top doubles spot in dual match play... Pair won first seven matches of the spring.
2009-10: First-Team All-Atlantic 10... Won 12 singles matches, including a team-best 10 in the spring season... Put together season-best four-singles-match win streak, which started with a pair of wins at number one, including a win over No. 112 Francisca Valderrama of No. 73 USC Upstate on March 17 and a win at number two against No. 58 Charleston Southern on March 24... Finished 2-0 at the top singles spot, and was 8-11 at number-two singles... Won all three of her singles matches (all at number two) at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships, including a quarterfinals win at number two against top-seeded Xavier in three sets... Won first seven doubles matches with Kimber Redfern and finished 8-1 in that pairing at number-three doubles... Finished 16-12 in doubles play with four different partners... 16 doubles wins were second-most on team this season.
2008-09: Teamed with fellow freshman Julia Junker to set freshman record with 23 doubles wins (23-8) for a tandem... Pairing finished 13-4 at number two, including an eight-match win streak... Individually, Rivera finished 24-9 in doubles, tying for third all-time for doubles victories in a single season... Finished with a 19-10 record in singles, with a 9-2 mark at number three... Had a pair of five-match win streaks in singles play.
Prep - Ranked #350 by the ITF as a junior player... Ranked #1 as a 15-year old in the Under 18 category...
