2013: Competed at five meets as New Mexico's second ace alongside Sammy Silva ... Finished as the team's No. 2 runner at every meet except Wisconsin ... Debuted at the Notre Dame Invitational, clocking a 10th-place finish in 17:18.7 over 5 kilometers ... Led the team at the Wiconsin Invitational, placing 24th overall in 20:15 ... Nabbed the fourth-best time over 6 kilometers at the Mountain West Championships, finishing in 21:30.95 ... Claimed third overall at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, crossing the lne in 20:34.8 ... Captured All-American honors at the NCAA Championships, finishing 18th in 20:30.9.

2012: Raced five times for the Lobos, emerging as their No. 2 runner as the season advanced ... Opened at the Notre Dame Invitational, finishing the 5-kilometer course with a 27th-place clocking of 17:13 ... Tallied her first of four straight second-place team finishes at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, as she covered the 6K course in 20:25 to place 44th overall ... Claimed silver at the Mountain West Championships with a 20:51.62 time, earning First-Team All-MW honors in the process ... Took USTFCCCA All-Mountain Region honors as well after placing 10th at the NCAA Regionals with a 20:54.3 time ... Helped the women to a 10th-place team finish at the NCAA Championships as she completed the 6K course in 20:23.8.


Transfer from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff ... Finished 10th at the 2012 British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Championships ... Ran 17:29 in the 5K at the Welch Championships in 2012 ... Placed ninth in the 1500 at theAviva Olympic Trials & UK Championships in 2012 ... Has personalbests of 2:08.06 in the 800; 4:18.75 in the 1500; 17:29 in the 5K; and 36:03 in the 10K.


Daughter of Marion and John Arter ... Has one sister, Emily ... Lists hobbies as anything sporty — including running, skiing, hockey — and spending time with friends.
