DURHAM, N.C. -- Duke basketball freshman Amile Jefferson sat down with GoDuke.com to discuss his adjustment to life as a Duke basketball freshman and his personal and team expectations for the 2012-13 season.
A 6-8 forward, Jefferson was rated as high as the No. 21 recruit and the No. 3 power forward in the 2012 class after averaging 19.9 points, 10.2 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game as a senior at Friends Central School in Philadelphia, Pa.
Also a McDonald's All-American, Jefferson joins a rotation of Duke wings that includes senior Ryan Kelly and redshirt freshman Alex Murphy.
