ASHEVILLE, N.C. – UNC Asheville will travel to Clinton, SC, for their final road match of the regular season, to play the Presbyterian Blue Hose this Wednesday, October 26 at Martin Stadium, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Last Time Out: The Bulldogs posted their second shutout of the season with a 1-0 victory over Winthrop this past weekend.  Goalkeeper Chris Katt compiled nine saves throughout the match.

Scouting Presbyterian: The Blue Hose are 2-1-2 in their last five outings, picking up a 1-0 win over Campbell last time on the pitch.  Presbyterian averages 9.8 shots per game, scoring 1.07 per match.

Road Troubles: Asheville has struggled away from home this season with a 1-7 road record.  The Bulldogs have allowed an average of 3.4 goals per game on the road as opposed to 1.33 per game at home.

"PC is a team in a great run of form.  They are organized, energetic, and very good in front of goal which leads to a lot of second ball chances.  They are a very dangerous team on set pieces as well.  Traveling to Clinton will be a great test but that is what you expect out of late season Big South matches." -- Head Coach Mathes Mennell

Following the midweek matchup, the Bulldogs will return home for their final regular season match next Wednesday, November 2 against Radford at Greenwood Field beginning at 7:00 p.m.
