GREENSBORO, N.C. - No. 3 UNCG women's soccer looks to advance to its third straight appearance in the Southern Conference Championship finals in 2019, facing off with No. 2 Furman in this year's semifinal tournament in Greensboro.

Coming off a shootout victory over No. 6 Chattanooga on Saturday, the Spartans will face a Paladins side that defeated UNCG 2-0 in Greenville at the start of October. The Spartans have yet to drop a match in their home stadium for their past eight matches however, and defeated Furman 2-1 in the pair's previous postseason meeting at the 2018 SoCon Championship final.
