Each week, Saint Joseph's University will recognize one of its student-athletes for their outstanding performances on the playing field. Below is the list of weekly award winners for 2019-20.

August 26, 2019 - Gabrielle Vagnozzi (Women's Soccer): The senior midfielder helped the Hawks open their season with a 1-0-1 mark as she tallied the game-winning goal against Drexel in a 1-0 victory.

September 2, 2019 - Tonya Botherway (Field Hockey): Tallying a hat-trick in the Hawks' season-opening match at Hofstra, the sophomore helped her squad to an impressive 9-1 victory.

September 9, 2019 - Elaine Estes (Women's Cross Country): The graduate student won the individual title and led the Saint Joseph's women's cross country squad to a first-place team finish in a field of six teams in the SR./JR. race at the 2019 Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational.

September 16, 2019 - Michael O'Brien (Golf): The SJU senior captured medalist honors at the season-opening Cornell Invitational. 

September 23, 2019 - Nathan Perrone (Men's Tennis): The SJU junior claimed the top flight title at the 11th annual SJU Men's Tennis Invitational.

September 30, 2019 - Pepa Serrano (Field Hockey): The senior midfielder scored two goals, including the game winner at #17 Boston College, and added to program record for career assists with another helper on the week to lead SJU to a 2-0 record.

October 6, 2019Hannah Howard and Grace McKeon (Women's Rowing) - Rowing in the pairs' event at the Small Boat Challenge, Howard and McKeon captured the Hawks' first-ever title in event.
