Members of the press won't be the only ones with an opportunity to ask questions of the CAA men's and women's basketball coaches during the league's annual Media Day on Wednesday, October 22.

The CAA will be conducting a live chat with all 24 coaches from the CAA Cyber Court at the ESPN Zone. Fans are encouraged to submit questions in advance by clicking on the button located on the right side of the CAASports.com home page or by clicking here. Questions can also be sent in as the chat is taking place. Each coach will spend about 10 minutes on Media Day answering as many questions as possible, and their answers will be posted on the site.

The live chat is just one of the ways that fans can take in the excitement from Media Day. Michael Litos, author of Cinderella - Inside the Rise of Mid-Major College Basketball, and Christy Winters-Scott, a television analyst with Comcast SportsNet, will be hosting video blogs with each coach that will be posted on CAASports.com throughout the day. The interviews will provide an opportunity to learn more about each coach both on and off the court.

Once again this year, WRHU-FM (Hempstead, N.Y.) and WRAS-FM (Atlanta, Ga.) will be broadcasting live from CAA Basketball Media Day. Both stations will be conducting numerous interviews with CAA coaches, administrators and media members and that audio will be streamed on the Internet.

CAASports.com will be your source for all of the activity from CAA Basketball Media Day. The site will include videos introducing the league's men's and women's pre-season all-conference teams, the announcement of the CAA basketball television schedule for 2008-09, a photo gallery from the event, and much, much more!
