How will camp groups be determined?
Camp groups will be assigned based on playing ability and age. In certain cases, younger players who are more advanced may be placed in an older group.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
We are very fortunate to have one of the nicest indoor practice facilities in the country and are capable of holding many of our activities indoors.
Do you offer a discount if more than one child in a family registers?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any discounts or scholarship due to NCAA rules.
The goal of Charlotte Golf Camps is to provide the best possible instruction to each and every student regardless of their age, gender or playing ability. We provide a fun and safe environment that focuses heavily on the fundamentals as well as all of the character building aspects of golf.
Whether your son or daughter is an 8 year old beginner or a seasoned tournament player looking to earn a college scholarship, our skilled group of teachers are able to provide highly individualized instruction to each camper. Our staff of Division I College Coaches and PGA Professionals have well over 25 years of teaching experience in camp settings and have all been successful collegiate and professional players.
In addition to focusing on the fundamentals of the game, we also strive for an extremely "well rounded" experience that exposes students to many aspects of the game not typically included in other camps. Some topics we cover include: rules, golf etiquette, technology, golf fitness, club fitting and repair, and life as a student athlete. We will have current college players working at our camps who will be available to give an "inside look" at just what it is like to play college golf.
It is our hope that by the end of camp each student would walk away with increased confidence in their abilities and a greater love and appreciation for the great game of golf.
We hope to see you soon!
