2017-18: A mainstay in the V8 lineup … Captured the Carolina Cup championship with a time of 6:33.2, more than 14 seconds faster than second-place finisher Clemson … Helped Duke win its second-consecutive Carolina Cup with 99 overall points and a sweep of all five races … Helped guide the team to a seventh-place finish at the highly competitive Clemson Invitational as the unranked Blue Devils bested then No. 18 Syracuse and No. 20 Oklahoma in the team standings … In the morning session of the Clemson Invitational, posted a third-place finish (6:42.07), trailing only No. 4 Ohio State and No. 15 Washington State to qualify for the A Final … Notched a first-place performance against No. 15 Michigan State and a second-place finish against No. 4 Ohio State as the Blue Devils clocked in at 6:36.5 and 6:31.75, respectively … For the first time in program history, all five boats qualified for the Grand Final at the ACC Championship where Duke finished third as a team with 72 points … In the first heat of the V8 prelims, Duke took second in 6:34.1, trailing only top-seeded Virginia (6:24.5) … Concluded the season with a fourth-place finish in the Grand Final with a time of 6:26.4 … Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2016-17: Member of the V8 squad before transitioning to the 2V8 for the conference championship … Captured the Carolina Cup championship with a time of 6:41.3, more than 13 seconds faster than second-place Clemson … Helped Duke win the Carolina Cup with 99 overall points and a sweep of all five races … Named the ACC Crew of the Week following the performance at the Carolina Cup … Qualified for the A Final of the Longhorn Invite and came in fourth with a time of 6:24.204 … Earned a trip to the A Final after placing third in the morning race, clocking out in 6:19.405 … Rowed to a third-place performance against No. 4 Ohio State (6:20.0), No. 3 Michigan (6:24.8) and Notre Dame (6:32.1) with a time of 6:29.8 … At the Clemson Invitational, earned a third-place finish in the B Final … The top four boats in the race were separated by just more than one second with the Blue Devils crossing the line in 6:34.468 to trail UCLA (6:33.454) and UCF (6:34.350) and hold off Oklahoma (6:34.525) … In the Clemson Invitational preliminary events, placed third in its opening heat (6:30.454) and fourth (6:33.516) in the other heat … Ended the regular season at the Dale England Cup, taking fourth with a time of 6:44.6 to trail Indiana (6:35.6), Notre Dame (6:39.2) and San Diego (6:43.55) … Transitioned to the 2V8 for the final regatta of the season… In the ACC Championship Grand Final, locked in a fourth-place performance with a time of 6:34.283 to close behind Syracuse (6:22.664), Virginia (6:23.327) and Notre Dame (6:31.967) … Earned its Grand Final appearance with a 6:39.957 time in the morning session of the conference championship.

Prior to Duke: Spent the summer training for a spot on New Zealand's U23 World Championship team … represented her home country at the 2015 World Rowing Junior Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and finished sixth overall with partner Ruby Willis … during senior year at St. Margaret's, placed first in the eights among all New Zealand Secondary Schools and second in the pairs … at the regional meet during senior campaign, took first in the eights and pairs … as a junior, took third at the national event in the fours and eights while placing first at the regional event in the eights and earning South Island Under 18 Rowing Team accolades … stormed through the national meet as a sophomore, winning in the fours and eights while sweeping the fours and eights at the regional event during sophomore season … also participated in netball for three years, being placed on the top team in the region all three years and making an appearance on the second best team in New Zealand in 2014 ... a prefect in 2015 and a member of the Sports Council in 2014-15 ... received the Excellence Award in physical education in 2015 as well as an excellence rating in New Zealand's Secondary Schools National Qualification Program in 2013-14. 

Personal: Born November 1, 1997 … daughter of Marc and Cindy Mendonca … great grandfather, Lance Johnson, was a member of the All Black New Zealand rugby team in the 1920s.
