Full name is Faith Brianne Suggs … born February 3, 1997 in Palos Heights, Ill. … daughter of Shafer and the late Susan Hoster Suggs … has one brother, Devyn (15) … her father, Shafer, played football and basketball at Ball State from 1972-76 … he went on to play in the NFL (drafted 32nd overall in 1976) with the New York Jets from 1976-80 and the Cincinnati Bengals in 1980 … prior to retiring in 1983, he also played in the Canadian Football League and the USFL ... named to the honor roll at Plainfield East H.S. as a freshman and sophomore … selected to the Homewood Flossmoor Athletic Council in 2014-15 … earned the Esmark All-American in July of 2014 for outstanding athletic, educational and community service achievements ... totaled a 4.71 grade-point average in high school ... majored in psychology.
