Marty Perez joined the Texas A&M Athletics Department in 2012 and serves as assistant concessions manager. In that role he helps oversee daily concession operation and is responsible for preparing all athletic venues with food and drink for concession sales.
Perez, who has 15 years of experience in the sports and entertainment food service industry, returned to his alma mater after spending three years as assistant concessions manager at the University of Oklahoma. He has also run concessions operations at numerous professional venues in the state of Texas, including Houston’s Minute Maid Park and Reliant Stadium and San Antonio’s AT&T Center.
A native of Roma, Texas, Perez graduated from A&M in 2003. He and his wife, Belinda, have two boys—Mason (A&M Class of ’25) and Dylan (A&M Class of ’28). Perez has two brothers who are also Aggies, Heron Jr. (Class of ’97) and David (Class of ’08). In his spare time he enjoys fishing, going to amusement parks and watching any sporting event.
