Susan Tatum
Assistant Director of Compliance, Monitoring

Susan Tatum joined the Athletic Compliance Office in March 2004 and serves as Assistant Director of Athletic Compliance at Texas A&M.

In that role, she coordinates and oversees the monitoring of squad lists, financial aid, recruiting information, coaches' travel and expenses, academic eligibilty, team travel and much more. She also assists in educational efforts and the preparation of waivers submitted to the NCAA.

A native of College Station, Tatum graduated from Texas A&M in 1990 with a degree in kinesiology and earned a master's in sport administration from the University of North Carolina in 1993. Before joining the compliance office she spent 12 years as a teacher and coach in College Station ISD.

Tatum is a member of the National Association for Athletics Compliance and enjoys reading, movies, travel, attending athletic events and spending time with family in her spare time.
