UNF (8-4) tallied a game-high 19 hits as both Joe Wielbruda and Tyler Marincov finished with three hits each to lead the Ospreys.
FAMU (1-11) finished the contest with four hits as the Rattlers had three players to finished with one hit each.
In a game where both team combined used ten pitchers, UNF's Spencer Herrmann (1-0) picked up the win for the Ospreys as he pitch two-third innings in relief as he faced six batters and give up one run.
Christopher Priestly (0-2) received the loss for the Rattlers as he pitched five innings, giving up five hits, two earned runs, and striking out six, while on the mound for the Rattlers.
FAMU scored their only run of the game as Jarryd Reid scored on a Dylan West sacrifice fly in the bottom of the sixth, cutting UNF's lead to 11-1.
UNF would then push across eight more runs as they score one run in the top of the eighth and seven in the top of the ninth, for the 19-1 final.
The Rattlers will return to action on Wednesday, March 7 as they will travel to Gainesville, Fla., to take on the University of Florida, in a 7 p.m., broadcasted live on Sun Sports channel 28 on Comcast cable in Tallahassee, Fla.
