Kamphaus started each of the Jays’ 33 games in 2012-13, averaging 5.1 points and 4.5 rebounds per game ... Nabbed a career-best 12 rebounds and dropped in eight points in the Bluejays’ 60-43 win over Southern Illinois during the MVC Tournament quarterfinals on March 15 ... Alyssa reached double-figures for the fifth time in Creighton’s 61-42 win over Southern Illinois on March 9. She finished 5-of-6 for 10 points and also grabbed seven rebounds ... Kamphaus punished Bradley for starting a five-guard lineup, scoring Creighton’s first nine points en route to a career-best 17 on 8-of-9 from the field on Feb. 23 ... Kamphaus saw action in each of the Jays’ 33 games as a sophomore, averaging 9.2 minutes per game off the bench ... Alyssa played a season-high 21 minutes against Drake (Dec. 31), helping hold MVC Player of the Year, Rachel Hackbarth, to a season-low eight points ... She delivered eight points and a season-best 11 rebounds in the Jays’ 65-33 win over Evansville (Jan. 12), six boards came on the offensive end ... Kamphaus also dished out three assists in the win over the Aces ...
