CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Duke head coach David Cutcliffe was on-site at Bank of America Stadium on Thursday to address the media about Duke's upcoming appearance in the Belk Bowl. Cutcliffe also took time to tour the facility where the Blue Devils will take on Cincinnati on Dec. 27.
The Blue Devils turned in a 6-6 record to qualify for the bowl, which will be the team's first postseason appearance since the 1994 season. Cutcliffe, now in his fifth season as Duke's head coach, has engineered a drastic turnaround in the Duke football program, winning 21 games in five seasons which is more than double the team's win total in the eight years before his arrival.
