Women's Squash Sweeps Columbia, Eyes Howe Cup Weekend With Momentum

The Princeton women's squash team capped a perfect final weekend of the regular season with a 9-0 sweep of Columbia Sunday afternoon in New York City.

One day after scoring an 8-1 victory over fourth-ranked Trinity, Princeton moved its Ivy League record above the .500 mark with the win over Columbia, which is in its second year as an Ivy League program.

Princeton won all 27 games against Columbia, including a dominant performance at No. 1 from junior Julie Cerullo, who dropped only seven points in her win at No. 1.

Princeton is now off until the 2012 Howe Cup Championships, which will be held Feb. 24-26 in Cambridge.
