Weber Named Second-Team All-ECAC

PRINCETON, N.J. (3/1/12) - Senior Rachel Weber of the Princeton women's hockey team received second-team All-ECAC Hockey League honors as the league office announced its all-league teams on Thursday.

This is Weber's second consecutive second-team all-league honor, receiving the honor in 2011 as well. This season she posted a 12-15-4 record with four shutouts. Weber made 826 saves and allowed just 66 goals for a .926 save percentage and a 2.13 goals against average. Weber was named the ECAC Hockey Goalie of the Week four times this season, and eight times in her career

A starter since her sophomore year, Weber has a career record of 34-33-6 with 13 shutouts, a 1.98 GAA and a .924 save percentage. She leaves Princeton with her name second in career shutouts, fourth in saves, fifth in wins, third-best goals against average, and the tied for the best save percentage in school history.
