2015-16: Earned first team All-Ivy League honors with a seventh place overall finish at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships, crossing the line in 24:46 during the 5-Mile race and helping the Lions to a team championship ... Finished 25th at the Northeast Regional Championships in 31:19 over the 10K course.
2014-15: Claimed an at-large bid to the NCAA Cross Country Championships, after finishing 13th at the Northeast Regional ... Earned a spot on the second team All-Ivy League cross country team ... Went 14.26.79 in the 5K at the BU Valentine Invitational.
2013-14: Led Columbia to a 2013 XC Ivy League Championship title...Aided in the Lions automatic bid to the XC National Chamionships with a runner-up team finish at the XC Northeat Regional.
High School: A two-time cross country honorable mention All-American, Boyle was one of the top distance runners in the Northeast. He earned first team All-Northeast honors in cross country in both his junior and senior seasons to go along with all-state honors as well. Boyle was a part of a Christian Brothers team that set a number of course records around the Northeast and on the National Championship course. The Colts finished in the top five at the Cross Country National Championships in three straight seasons, highlighted by a 2011 National Championship victory.
