Career Highlights:

2013-2014: Clocked in with a 10th-place overall time of 16:06.23 in the outdoor 5,000m at the NCAA National Championships to cap the season with second team All-America honors...Earned second team All-Ivy League honors with a runner-up finish in the outdoor 5,000m at 16:40.50...Set a new prorgram record in the outdoor 5000m with a time of 15:37.85 at the Stanford Invitational...Won the indoor 3,000m at the Lafayette Rider Winter Games with a time od 9:26.49...Punched ticket to XC NCAA National Championships...Earned USTFCCCA XC All-Region with a fourth-place finish at the XC NCAA Regional Championships...Earned XC first team All-Ivy league honors with a runner-up finish at the Ivy League Championships...

2012-2013: The sophomore has battled back from injury to put together a solid outdoor season. After posting one of the best runs around the East region in the women’s 5,000m run with a time of 16:01.36 at the Mt. SAC Relays, Neer followed up by capturing the 2013 Ivy League title in the 5,000m with a time of 16:14.23...Member of school record setting DMR squad with atime of 11:07.68 at the Penn Relays...Won the outdoor 1,500m at the Army Quad Meet with a time of 4:26.97...The Ivy League champion took her mark in the 5,000m finals at the 2013 NCAA Championships as the sole representation of the Columbia women's track and field team. She placed 16th overall with a time of 16:22.00 to earn second team All-America honors in the event.

2011-2012: Neer capped off her first collegiate cross country season with a 40th place finish at the 2011 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships. With a season-best time of 20:30.4 in the women's 6K, she earned USTFCCCA All-American status and was the top first-year finisher in the NCAA's 254-runner field.
