Honors: ACC Academic Honor Roll (2012)
2012-13: Indoors, ranked as Duke’s second best performer in the 1,000 meter run with a time of 2:26.66 at the Virginia Tech Challenge…finished 14th in the mile run at the ACC Indoor Championships, crossing the line in 4:13.04…also competed in the 3,000 at the ACC Championships, finishing 30th in 8:45.61…anchored the men’s distance medley relay team that combined for a time of 9:54.56 to win the event at the Virginia Tech Elite…Outdoors, the middle distance specialist focused on the 1,500, setting a new personal record of 3:48.54 in the event to finish 21st at the Virginia Challenge…competed in the event at the ACC Championships, clocking a time of 3:55.11 to finish 27th overall…participated in several relays throughout the spring…led off the 4x1,500 relay that won the Raleigh Relays in 15:38.63…ran the second leg of the 4x800 relay that finished third at the Duke Invitational with a combined time of 7:46.19.
2011-12: Made his Duke debut in the fall at the NC Central Dual meet, where he came in fourth...clocked a season-best time of 26:10.7 to finish 12th at the Great American Cross Country Festival...indoors, ran a personal best time of 4:12.03 in the mile at the ACC Indoor Championships to finish 14th...also participated in several distance medley relays and 4x800 relays...outdoors, ran a personal best time of 3:50.71 in the 1,500 meters at the Raleigh Relays...ran time of 3:54.50 at the ACC Outdoor Championships come in 34th...named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Prior to Duke: Four-year letterwinner at West Windsor Plainsboro South...National Honor Society member.
