Blue Devils Set for ACC Championship Semifinals
No. 2 seed Duke (10-5, 3-2 ACC) is set to take of the winner of No. 3 seed Maryland and No. 6 seed Virginia Tech Saturday, April 21 at 3 p.m. The game will be broadcast on RSN.

Duke in the ACC Tournament 
Duke is set to host the 2012 ACC Women's Lacrosse Championship April 20-23 ... The tournament will be held in Durham for the first time since 2002 and just the second time overall ... Duke is in the hunt for its second ACC title in program history and first since 2005 ... The Blue Devils are 9-14 all-time in ACC Tournament action.

Last Time Out 
Duke utilized a 12-1 run to down High Point 16-7 Wednesday April, 11 from Koskinen Stadium ... Duke dominated the draw, 19-6, and outshot High Point, 33-14 ... Senior Kim Wenger led all scorers with four points on three goals and an assist, and freshman Kerrin Maurer netted the third hat trick of her young career to pace the Duke offense ... Redshirt senior Emma Hamm added two goals and an assist in addition to five draw controls ...
Freshman Gabby Moise turned in a strong performance on defense with four caused turnovers and two ground balls as Duke held its 11th opponent of the season to single digit scoring.

Blue Devils vs. the ACC 
Duke is 3-2 this season and 37-26 all-time in ACC regular season games ... The Blue Devils finished second in the league standings for the second consecutive season and fourth time overall ...  Duke earned conference wins over Boston College, Maryland and Virginia Tech, while dropping decisions to North Carolina and Virginia ... Taylor Trimble leads Duke with 11 goals in five ACC games, while Emma Hamm (7g, 5a) and Kim Wenger (5g, 7a) have both chipped in a team-high 12 points ... Hamm has collected a team-best 24 draw controls ... The Blue Devils are allowing 9.20 goals per game in ACC play ... Goaltender Mollie Mackler has started all five games and leads the ACC in conference save percentage (.417) and saves per game (6.00)

ACC History 
Since 2002, Duke has posted a 32-16 record in ACC regular season games ... This mark is second only to Maryland's record of 33-15 during that time.

In the Month of April 
Duke has played 111 games in April in program history ... The Blue Devils are 67-44 all-time during the fourth month of the year.

Against Ranked Opponents 
The Blue Devils are 113-92 all-time and 4-5 in 2012 when facing ranked opponents ... All five of Duke's losses this season have come at the hands of ranked teams ... The Blue Devils average 8.89 goals per game against top-20 teams, while allowing 9.22 goals per game ... Duke has scored in double digits in five games and allowed teams 10-plus goals in just two of nine games.

vs. Unranked Opponents 
Duke is 100-10 all-time when facing unranked teams ... The Blue Devils have not lost to an unranked opponent since falling 14-13 in overtime to Towson on March 25, 1997, a streak of 90 consecutive wins.

Home Sweet Home 
The Blue Devils have been tough to beat at Koskinen Stadium ... Duke is 5-2 this season and 116-37 all-time in home contests ... Since 2007, Duke has posted a 47-9 record when playing at home, including 10-0 marks in both 2007 and 2011.

One Goal Games 
The Blue Devils improved to 27-28 all-time in games decided by one goal after dropping No. 20 Boston College, 12-11 in their last outing ... Duke is 3-1 in one-goal games this season ... Since 2010, the Blue Devils have played in eight one-goal games, posting a 6-2 record in that span.

Balanced Attack 
Eighteen Duke players have recorded at least one point this season with eight totaling 17 or more points and seven with 25-plus point totals ... The Blue Devils are the only team in the ACC to not have a player rank in the top-12 in the conference in goals scored, despite the fact that Duke has the most players with 25-plus point totals (7) in the league.

Devilish Defense 
The Blue Devils rank third in the ACC and ninth nationally in scoring defense, allowing opponents just 8.73 goals per game ... Duke has limited 11 opponents to nine goals or fewer this season ... The Blue Devils did not allow an opponent to score in double figures from February 25 to March 17, a string of six straight games ... That streak is tied for the second longest in Duke history.

Three Blue Devils Named All-ACC 
Emma Hamm, Mollie Mackler and Kim Wenger garnered All-ACC honors as announced by the league Thursday, April 19 ... Both Hamm, a three-time All-ACC honoree, and Wenger picked up their second consecutive all-conference honors, while Mackler earns her first All-ACC accolade.

Wenger Approaching Century Mark 
Senior Kim Wenger has totaled 97 career points on 55 goals and 42 assists ... With three more points, the Malvern, Pa., native would become the 18th Blue Devil to reach the 100-career point plateau ... In addition, Wenger has amassed 105 career draw controls ... She is the ninth player in Duke history to surpass 100 career draw controls ... Should Wenger reach 100 career points, she would be the seventh Blue Devil to total 100 points and 100 draw controls in a career, joining Carolyn Davis, Rachel Sanford, Caroline Cryer, Katie Chrest, Emma Hamm and Kat Thomas.

Thomas Returns from Injury 
After missing the first 13 games of the season due to injury, senior Kat Thomas returned to action against Boston College on Apri 7 ... A preseason All-America choice, Thomas ranks fourth in the Duke record books in draw controls (151), 14th in goals (106) and 17th in points (115) for a career ... She has totaled two goals, three points, three ground balls, two draw controls and two caused turnovers in two games this season.

Elite Company 
Redshirt senior Emma Hamm has established herself as one of the best players in Duke history ... Hamm is the first player in program history with 75 or more goals, assists, ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers in a career ... She is also the 14th player in program history to reach the 100-goal plateau, the fifth to record 75-plus career assists and the fourth to achieve both.

Record Pace 
Redshirt senior Emma Hamm is climbing the all-time NCAA career draw control records ... Hamm is currently in sixth place on the list ... The Wayne, Pa., native is the only Blue Devil to top the 200 career draw control mark and holds the school record with 251, 89 mores than the closest Blue Devil ... This season, Hamm is averaging 5.0 draw controls per game to lead the conference and rank eighth nationally ... Hamm has already set the Duke single season record (75), eclipsing her previous mark of 70 set last season.

Welcome to Duke 
One of the more diverse groups to matriculate at Duke, the Class of 2015 is comprised of nine freshmen from eight different states ... All nine of the Blue Devil freshmen have seen playing time this season with four entering the starting lineup at least once this year ... Kerrin Maurer and Taylor Trimble earned their first career starts in the season opener against Bucknell, while Erin Tenneson started at Dartmouth and Gabby Moise at North Carolina.

Freshmen Firsts 
Freshman Kerrin Maurer currently leads the team with 24 goals, followed closely by classmate Taylor Trimble with 23 ... Duke has never finished a season with two rookies leading the team in goals scored.

Immediate Impact 
Freshman Kerrin Maurer is off to a prolific start to her collegiate career ... The rookie from Setauket, N.Y., dished out five assists in the season opener against Bucknell to tie the school single-game record ... Maurer is now one of only five Blue Devils to ever total five assists in a single game ... She currently leads Duke in goals (24), assists (23) and points (47) for the season ...  In the Duke freshmen records, Maurer has set the mark for assists and is fourth in points ... Only three freshmen have ever led the Blue Devils in points their rookie season: Katie Chrest (2003), Tricia Martin (1997) and Meghan McLaughlin (1996)

Dynamic Duo 
Rookies Kerrin Maurer (24g, 23a) and Taylor Trimble  (23g, 2a) have combined for 72 points this season ... Only one other freshmen duo - Emma Hamm and Sarah Bullard in 2008 - has combined for more points (82) in Duke history.

Moise Steps Up 
After Duke lost two seniors on the defensive unit, freshman Gabby Moise has stepped up to fill the void ... The rookie has started the past three games for the Blue Devils and earned her first start against North Carolina on March 30 ... Prior to the UNC game, she had seen playing time in just one game this year, the season opener against Bucknell ... In her three games as a starter, Moise has totaled four ground balls, six caused turnovers and one draw control ... She was named ACC Defensive Player of the Week on April 10, following her second start of the season, a 12-11 win over then-No. 20 Boston College.

Mackler Among Top ACC Goalies 
In ACC games, senior Mollie Mackler leads the league in both saves per game (6.00) and save percentage (.417) ... Overall, she is tops in the ACC in saves per game (7.07), while ranking second in save percentage (.447).

Mackler on Pace for Career Best GAA 
Senior goaltender Mollie Mackler has posted a career-best 8.54 goals against average this season, good for third in the conference ... That mark is also the lowest by a Blue Devil goalie since Megan Huether posted a 7.34 goals against average in 2006.
