Played with Puerto Rico’s full national team at the Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, in the fall of 2011 … played second base and batted second … started all seven games … went 9-for-22 to hit a team-best .409, the fourth-best mark at the tournament … had hits in six of Puerto Rico’s seven games with three multi-hit games … was 5-for-5 in stolen base attempts … scored seven runs.
