Freshman Lindsey Silfer went 2-for-3 at the dish and junior Michelle DelPrince added a base hit and two runs batted in, while freshman Sam Sharkey had three RBI and sophomore Bethany DeMarco drove in a run with an RBI-double in the bottom of the second.
Senior pitcher Jen Consaul earned the win in the circle for the Blue and Gold after she tossed four innings and allowed three runs on five hits while fanning four. Freshman Sarah Andrews tossed the game's final three frames and allowed just one hit while striking out three.
