2014: Earned First-Team All-MAC honors for the third straight season, just the third RedHawk to accomplish that feat ... was second on the team with 17 points (6g, 5a) while appearing in all 19 games ... had an assist and scored the game-winning goal in overtime against New Hampshire while falling done to give Miami a 3-2 win on Sept. 26 ... registered her first career hat trick in the 10-1 win over Applalachian State ... picked up first assist of the season against Northwestern (Sept. 2) ... tallied an assist and two shots on goal in the 3-1 win over Longwood (Sept. 13) ... added an assist in the 4-2 loss at Providence (Sept. 28) ... earned an assist against Kent State (Oct. 18) ... fired four shot on goal against Central Michigan (Oct. 10) ... posted a goal, the 20th of her career on three shots on goal against UC Davis (Oct. 26) ... scored the game-tying goal in the team's dramatic comeback win at Ball State (Nov. 1) ... named to the All-Tournament Team for her play in the MAC Tournament. 

2013: Named First-Team All-MAC for the second consecutive season ... also earned Academic All-MAC honors ... apppeared in all 22 games during her sophomore season ...finished fourth on the team with six goals and fifth with 17 points ... posted her first point of the season at Wake Forest (Aug. 30) with one assist ... had one goal and one assist in the win over Radford (Sept. 1) ... netted one goal against American (Sept. 14) ...scored game-winning goals in both MAC Tournament games, against Ohio (Nov. 8) and against Central Michigan (Nov. 9) ... finished second on RedHawks with 39 shots.

2012: Appeared in all 22 games for the RedHawks ... named MAC Freshman of the Year and First-Team All-MAC... earned MAC Tournament MVP after scoring game-winning goals in both MAC semifinals vs. Ohio (Nov. 2) and championship game vs. Kent State (Nov. 3) ... named to Longstreth/NFHCA Division I All-West Region Second-Team ... finished second on tema with nine goals and also recorded six assists for 24 points ... ratcheted up two points in an impressive two-assist game against Longwood (Sept. 8) ... marked one assist agaist Virginia (Sept. 14).. noched one assist and a goal against William and Mary (Sept. 16) ... scored one goal in the routing of Georgetown (Sept. 23) ... put in two goals in a close game against St. Francis (Sept. 24) ... scored the game winning goal in the 1-0 victory over St. Louis (Sept. 30) ... marked one goal against Kent State (Oct. 6) ... had a one assist and one goal in the victory over Applachian State, her third multi point game of the season... netted one goal in the win at Ball State (Oct. 20)... marked one assist in the victory over Ohio... tied for the team lead with 24 points and led the squad with four game-winnning goals.

High School: Attended Kari-Friedrich Gymnasium in high school ... a member of the German National Field Hockey U16 Team from 2009-10 ... was on a state- selected team from 2005-09 ... won the State Championship two years in a row and finished second at the National Tournament in Manheim in 2010.

Personal: Daughter of Herbert Dechant and Karin Weber  ... majoring in sports leadership and management with a concentration in sport management.
