Mocs Football Media Guide Picked No. 2 in the Nation
The 2011 Chattanooga Mocs Football Media Guide was recently picked second in the nation by the Collegiate Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).  The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's football publication competed against other programs in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) in CoSIDA's annual contest. 

Chattanooga's football guide is a product of UTC's Athletics Communications and Media Relations Office and contains 136 pages of information on Mocs football.  The book was written and edited by Dr. Jay Blackman, Assistant Athletics Director for Communications & Media Relations.  Editorial, design and layout assistance was provided by Assistant Directors Anne Wehunt and Jim Horten, Assistant Nate Blythe and Director of Creative Services Owen Seaton.  Detailed editorial assistance was also provided by Pam Henry. 

"We have always produced excellent publications in an effort to better promote our programs," stated UTC Director of Athletics Rick Hart.  "It is always an honor to get recognized by your peers on a national level and I am proud of the work of our Communications and Media Relations Department."

The cover of the 2011 Chattanooga Football Media Guide featured seniors Joel Bradford, Ryan Consiglio, B.J. Coleman, Jordan Tippit, Chris Lewis-Harris and head coach Russ Huesman and was designed by Michael Vinson.  The book was printed locally by Starkey Printing, in conjunction with IKON, UTC's Graphic Service partner.
