RALEIGH, N.C./RICHMOND, Va. – UNC Greensboro track ran in both the Raleigh Relays and Fred Hardy Invite Friday and Saturday.

On the first day of the Raleigh Relays, Kaitlyn Stone set a career-best of 36:53.97 in the 10,000-meter. Taylor Delaney ran a 4:42.10 in the 1,500-meter. In the men’s side of the event, Colin Alexander had a time of 4:02.00.

Friday night at the Fred Hardy saw several Spartans set new personal-records. In the 1,500-meter Chandler McCaslin established a personal-best of 4:49.57 while on the men’s side Ewan Hynes dropped his best time seven seconds for 4:04.45.

In the 5K, Ariana Garcia (18:07.91), India Godlock (18:15.56) and Kathryn Anderson (18:28.13) all set new personal-records. Cameron Belk did so for the men in the event with a time of 15:31.31.

On Saturday Josie McGee and Madison Owings notched new career-bests in the 800-meter while Ashlyn Dalton had a season-best in the event. Juan Rodriguez had a new season-best of 1:55.73 in the men’s event. In the same event, Weston Clayton (1:56.41), Nicholas Thoma (1:56.57), Joe Thoma (1:57.21) and Ewan Hynes ran personal-best times.

Kassidy Dill ran a new career-best in the 3,000-meter along with Kayla Contreras.

UNCG stays in Greensboro for its next meet, the Aggie Invite, on April 12-13.
