Saint Joseph's TRACK TO BE NAMED KEVIN QUINN '62 TRACK ON SEPTEMBER 23
PHILADELPHIA – The track at Saint Joseph's University will be named the Kevin Quinn ’62 Track, after longtime track and field coach Kevin Quinn, and will be officially dedicated on Saturday, September 23, at 11:00 a.m. in conjunction with HawkFest.
Attendees are welcome to attend a reception following the dedication ceremony, and are also invited to the Hawkfest Tailgate on the Maguire Campus beginning at noon.

Quinn spent a combined 49 years as head coach between SJU’s men’s and women’s track and field and cross country programs. After an outstanding career as a student-athlete on Hawk Hill, the 1962 Saint Joseph’s graduate served as the head coach of the men's cross country and track squads for 22 years between 1966-1988. He added the women’s track and field and cross country programs to his head coaching duties in 1985 and wrapped up his 30th season with the women’s program in 2015.
