PHILADELPHIA – Saint Joseph’s women’s lacrosse head coach Alex Kahoe has announced the Hawks’ 2020 spring schedule, which features four games against teams that appeared in last season’s NCAA Tournament as well as nine total home games.

The Hawks will open up the slate on Saturday, February 8, when they visit Georgetown.  Consecutive home games against Navy and Towson precede a three-game road swing at Temple, Rutgers, and Villanova.

A three-game homestand follows against Johns Hopkins, Delaware and Massachusetts as conference play kicks off when the Minutewomen come to Hawk Hill on Friday, March 20.  Then it’s off to Davidson before a home tilt with Richmond and a game at La Salle.

SJU will close out the home portion of the schedule with three games in seven days, as the Hawks host Duquesne, St. Bonaventure, and George Mason between April 3 and April 9.  The regular season then concludes with trips to VCU and George Washington.

The Atlantic 10 Championship will be held at VCU’s Cary Street Field from April 23 to April 26.

Last season, the Hawks finished 11-8, posting their third consecutive campaign with at least 11 victories.  SJU reached the Atlantic 10 semifinals for the fourth season in a row as well.
