Saint Joseph's Charlie Brown, Jr., has earned Player of the Week honors in both the Atlantic 10 and the Big 5 for January 28, marking the second time this year he's earned the weekly award in each league.

Brown shared Big 5 honors with Bryce Washington of Penn.

The redshirt sophomore forward averaged 29.0 points and 13.0 rebounds in a 1-1 week, while shooting 45.5 percent from the field (20-of-44) and 92.3 percent (12-for-13) from the foul line. Brown had 31 points and a career-high 14 rebounds, and hit 5-of-6 three pointers, for his first-ever double-double in the Hawks' 74-70 come-from-behind win over Richmond. He then notched his second straight double-double with 27 points and 13 rebounds in the loss to Penn.

Brown is the leading scorer in the Atlantic 10, averaging 20.0 points per game, and ranks fourth in three-point percentage (40.0 percent) and third in three-pointers made per game (2.3).

The Hawks return to Atlantic 10 play on Tuesday at Dayton in a nationally-televised contest on CBSSN at 8 p.m.
