 DAWG PACK FAQ'S / POLICIES

Who is Eligible to buy Dawg Pack Tickets?

Matriculating students enrolled in bachelors, masters or doctoral programs at the Seattle, Bothell or Tacoma campuses are eligible to purchase Dawg Pack tickets.  Students must be registered for classes in the quarter for the events they wish to attend.

UW students who are not eligible for student tickets include the following:

  • Non-matriculating students such as UW Extension & Certificate programs
  • Student spouse/qualified partner without certificate or student purchase (student may not purchase ticket for their spouse without purchasing for themselves)
  • Children of students

How many tickets can students purchase?
Students can purchase one (1) student-priced ticket per each charged event. This also includes away game purchases if there is a student rate.

Exceptions:

  • If the student is married or has a registered domestic partner they may then purchase one (1) additional student ticket. Students cannot order the additional ticket online, but instead must contact the Husky Ticket Office.  A copy of the marriage/partner certificate is requested annually before the tickets are released.
  • ADA student seating is available in compliance with ADA requirements for students with qualified disabilities.  Those purchasing ADA seats are allowed one (1) additional accompanying seat at the student price.

Why doesn't my student number work online to purchase student season tickets?
New students must first activate their account with the Husky Ticket Office by calling 206-543-2200 or emailing tickets@uw.edu. Please provide your Student Number, Permanent Address, UW Email Address and Phone Number. Returning students can order tickets online by clicking "Log-In" under the students menu on the main ticket homepage at GoHuskies.com/Tickets. Students should then follow the directions on the screen to find their account ID and password.

Students who have graduated, or who are no longer working towards a degree, are no longer eligible to purchase student season tickets.

How do I enter the student sections at events?
Dawg Pack season tickets are stored on your UW Husky Card and are swiped at the student entrance. These are your ONLY tickets into the game!  Spouses/domestic partners must enter the game with their student spouse or partner.

Where do I sit?

Dawg Pack seating for each game is filled on a first come/first served basis.  Please come early to ensure your space as we may run out of seats in the Dawg Pack!

  • Football Dawg Pack is in the West End Zone, just inside the student entrance.
  • Basketball Dawg Pack is behind the scorer’s table for the first 500 students in the door.  Overflow seating for basketball is located in the upper designated student sections.

I can’t to go the game, can I give my student ticket away?

YES! UW Student Tickets are now transferrable.  Students may transfer any of their football or men’s basketball tickets to another eligible UW student with a valid Husky Card.  Husky Cards are swiped at venue gates to ensure proper student ticket use.

  • Tickets can only be transferred from one UW student to another eligible UW student with an active Husky Card.
  • Students must be registered for fall quarter for football, and fall and winter quarter for men’s basketball.
  • Receiving student must not already have Dawg Pack tickets on account.
  • Deadline to transfer tickets is 12:00 PM (noon) one business day prior to the game.
  • The donating student must complete the Student Ticket Transfer Form.
  • The receiving student will receive a confirmation email once the ticket transfer has been completed.
  • The donating student releases access of that ticket going forward (i.e. they cannot get it back unless we get a transfer request from the receiving student).

Can I give my Husky Card to other UW students?

NO! Husky Cards are not transferrable per University policy (see at the back of your card!) and may be confiscated if used improperly.  The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to suspend eligibility for future student tickets and purchases if tickets are used improperly.

I’m not enrolled for classes this quarter, what do I do?

Refunds will only be granted if a request is made before the home football season begins.  If a student leaves UW early or becomes ineligible before/during the season, they should not purchase student season tickets.

Refunds are only available to students who are no longer eligible or registered by 9/1/2016.

What about other sports besides football and men’s basketball?
UW students may enter complimentary, with their Husky Card, to any regular season game for soccer, volleyball, gymnastics, women's basketball, softball, and baseball.  Cross Country, Tennis, Gold, Track, and Crew events are all free!

Post-season, NCAA, and special events may have an admission fee.

How do I receive my student season tickets?
Football and Men's Basketball Dawg Pack tickets are now "ticketless." Current registration for UW classes and a Husky Card are required to purchase season tickets, as well as to enter all UW events. Dawg Pack season tickets are loaded onto the Husky Card and swiped at the Dawg Pack entrance for football and men’s basketball games.

Student away game tickets must be purchased and picked up through the Husky Ticket Office.

Can I get tickets for away football games?

Yes!  Student Dawg Pack tickets holders are eligible to purchase away game football tickets based on availability.  Away game tickets must be purchased and picked up through the Husky Ticket Office.

What are accessibility options for students with disabilities?
In accordance with ADA requirements, easy access and wheelchair seating options are available on both a season and single game basis (while supplies last).

How do I get student single game tickets?

Students who do not have student season tickets may purchase single game student tickets to Husky Football beginning two Mondays in advance of each home game while supplies last. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Husky Ticket Office with a valid Husky Card. Men’s Basketball will have a limited number of tickets available at the Alaska Airlines Arena box office on the day of the game. Each student with a valid Husky Card is limited to purchasing one (1) student ticket per person.  Students may not purchase tickets at the student rate for any other student.

Can my friends from another school come into the Dawg Pack?

No, the Dawg Pack is an exclusive experience for UW students.

I lost my Husky Card, what do I do?

Husky Cards are your ONLY tickets into the game!  Lost or stolen Husky Cards must be replaced prior to game day in order to be admitted to all athletic events.

Where do I get my Student ID/Husky Card?

Husky Cards can be picked up at the Husky Card Account & ID Center located on the ground floor of Odegaard Undergraduate Library between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. State or Federally issued identification and student identification number will be required for pick up. Please note that high school ID's will NOT be accepted. More information can be found here.
