Class Cancellations 

For all fitness class cancellations due to bad weather conditions or other reasons, please check the Campus Recreation Hours page. Real time updates will be posted on our Facebook and Twitter. You can also subscribe to our email list in the box below.

Make this New Year a happier, healthier, YOU year! Our nationally certified personal trainers will provide a custom workout plan tailored to meet your specific goals while motivating you to stick with it. All sessions are scheduled at your convenience and take place in the personal training studio or Little Bob fitness area. This $120 special offer is valid 1/2-2/3 and includes the following:

- 2 30-minute sessions each week for 4 weeks with a nationally certified trainer

- 1 baseline fitness assessment

- 1 coupon for $25 off of a future 5 or 10 session package for all participants that complete their sessions before 1/28

There will be a modified fitness scheduleSaturday, 12/10 - Friday, 12/16. Classes are free and open to all UD students. staff, and alumni with a valid UD ID.

Fall Fitness Class Schedule

Pursue your fitness goals! Group fitness classes are an excellent way for participants of all fitness levels to stay fit in a fun and motivating environment. There are 44 classes offered each week in formats such as mind-body, strength, dance, cardio, and HIIT (high intensity interval training). All classes are lead by nationally certified instructors to ensure participants get a safe and effective workout. More details.
