2015 Volleyball Tickets will go on sale Monday, July 6!

Accepted Payment Methods
Tickets may be purchased by credit card by going online to Gobearkats.com, by purchasing at the Ticket Office during normal business hours (M-F 8am-5pm, Located in the Ron Mafrige Fieldhouse 620 Bowers Blvd., Huntsville, TX 77320), by calling the Ticket Office at 936-294-1729 during normal business hours, or purchasing tickets at the gate prior to any athletic event. All tickets purchased via credit card will be processed by Neulion/JumpTV (SHSU's ticketing software provider)...on your credit card statement your ticket purchase will show up "JumpTV SHSU Athletics."
Tickets may be purchased by check at the Ticket Office during normal business hours. NO checks will be accepted on-site at any athletic event. Checks must should be made out to "SHSU Athletics."
Game Day Information
The ticket office will open 90 minutes prior to the first match. Doors to enter the arena will open 60 minutes prior to the start of the contest. No outside food or beverage, no pets, no smoking, no flash photography, and no noisemakers are allowed in Johnson Coliseum. Parking is available at no cost in the lots adjacent to Johnson Coliseum located between Bowers Blvd. & Bobby K. Marks Drive.
Online Ticket Orders
In some cases the SHSU Ticket Office will cut off online sales prior to an event (usually four hours prior to the start of the event). This does not necessarily mean tickets are sold out. Tickets are generally available at the ticket window even if online sales are not available anymore. If you do not see a message that the event is sold out, come to the event venue to purchase tickets. If tickets are ordered less than seven days before the event they automatically go to Will Call and will not be mailed. Will Call tickets may be picked-up at the event venue prior to the game. Please see Will Call instructions further down this page or contact the SHSU Ticket Office with any questions.
SHSU encourages group outings at all our athletic events. What is a group? A group is any collection of 10 or more people that come to a game and pay to sit together (i.e. Youth Groups, Athletic Teams, Birthday Parties, After-School Day Cares, Civic Organizations, Businesses, Neighborhoods, Friends, Families, etc...) . SHSU provides discounted tickets for everyone in the group provided that the group is more than 10 people (Prices vary by sport, so please refer to the price table above). It is important for every group to inform the Athletic Ticket Office in advance of your planned attendance so the necessary ticket block can be made available and tickets printed for your group. Payment is expected in advance! In special circumstances SHSU may allow groups to make a partial payment up front or purchase tickets individually at the discounted rate at the gate prior to the event. Please allow 24 hours notice in order to increase the numbers of tickets printed for your group. Refunds for decreasing the size of group will only be granted if the notice is given at least seven (7) days in advance. Away Game Ticket Information
Tickets for away games can be purchased through the opponent's ticket office.
Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
All sales are final! There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the SHSU Athletic Ticket Office. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change, but the ticket will remain valid for the game if it is made up at a later time. If a game is postponed due to inclement weather, patrons' tickets will be honored at the newly scheduled date or time. In the event a regulation game defined by the NCAA is not played due to weather, Act of God, or any other reason, then the ticket will NOT be subject to any refund but will constitue a rain check that can be either (1) used for admission to the rescheduled game, if any, or (2) exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any regulary scheduled Sam Houston Volleyball home game with in the same season.
Will call tickets can be picked up at Ticket Window #1 of the Johnson Coliseum on game day unless arrangements are made for pick up during the business week at the Ticket Office. Identification or an order confirmation page are required for all tickets picked up at will call.

Accessible Seating & Parking
Wheelchair accessible seating is available at Johnson Coliseum and all seats are general admission. Wheelchair access is located in the main access tunnel of Johnson Coliseum off of Bobby K. Marks Dr. A pre-purchased ticket will be required for access.
Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of 5 do not need a ticket in general admission areas.
Team Pass List
Player and Team guests may receive complimentary tickets if their name is included on the pass list for that day's game. Home Team Pass List tickets can be picked up at Ticket Window #1 of the Johnson Coliseum on game day and Away Team Pass List tickets can be picked up at Ticket Window #2 of Johnson Coliseum on game day. Please have a photo ID ready for each person receiving tickets on the pass list. Everyone in your party receiving pass list tickets must be present at the time of pick-up and each person must sign for their ticket.
Replacement Ticket Policy
Please handle your tickets with care. The Athletic Ticket Office will charge full price plus a non-refundable processing charge for all replacement tickets issued. This includes tickets that are lost, stolen or left at home. If the original tickets are returned to the Athletic Ticket Office within 5 days of the event, a refund will be made for the full price of the tickets. This service is available to season ticket holders and single-game mail orders, telephone and on-line buyers of record. Washed tickets will be replaced without charge if remaining portions can be recognized and the location can be identified.
