Niners in the Minors (and MLB)

Charlotte has a Major League Baseball Umpiring veteran, Field Culbreth, who worked the 2008 and 2012 World Series. He played for Charlotte from 1984-86 and still holds marks for fewest walks per nine innings and complete games in a season.
