Men's Soccer Suffers 1-0 Setback at #17 Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Old Dominion (3-9-1, 1-4-1 C-USA) fell at #17 Charlotte (9-2-4, 4-0-3 C-USA) by a 1-0 final score on Sunday night. The 49ers Chance Pellerin notched a goal in the 11th minute to put Charlotte on the board for the remainder of the match.

In the first half, the Monarchs took two shots. Djibril Doumbia made five saves on the night all coming in the first 45 minute of play. The 49ers went into the locker room with a 1-0 lead. 

ODU went into the second half taking six shots, one more than Charlotte. Overall, Danny Durkin recorded two shots.
